Information the form asks for
The form asks for your name, phone, email, project address, ZIP code, project type, description and consent to contact you. Describe the work you want. Leave out sensitive personal details that are unrelated to the project.
The unchecked consent box authorizes contact about the request. It does not book an appointment, accept a construction proposal or subscribe you to a newsletter.
Inquiry handling through HubSpot
Accepted inquiries are stored in HubSpot, the website’s contact management service, in the dedicated High Point form. The record holds your contact details, project information, source page and inquiry consent. HubSpot is set to notify the website operator for review and response.
A delivery confirmation means the form service accepted the request. If delivery fails or is uncertain, an error appears and your entries stay in the form. The website does not automatically resend the request.
Phone calls, recordings and text messages
The public number is handled through CallRail, a call and text tracking service. Calls may be recorded. CallRail can store the caller’s number, call time, duration, recording and any text messages sent to the number. Calls are routed to the website operator; text messages are reviewed in CallRail.
Call and message information helps the operator review and respond to project inquiries. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages. You can use the inquiry form if you prefer not to discuss your project in a recorded call.
The website operator and later routing
The website operator reviews inquiries in HubSpot. A contractor recipient has not yet been assigned. The provider, availability and construction scope need to be established for your project.
Before an inquiry goes to a contractor, the recipient and routing arrangement must be identified. Inquiry details are not published on the website or used to sign you up for unrelated marketing.
Technology and contact changes
The site uses locally hosted fonts. It has no ad trackers, visitor analytics script or HubSpot tracking embed. Form delivery does not include a visitor IP address or tracking cookie. HubSpot and hosting services may process technical data needed to run their services. Your light or dark appearance choice is stored in this browser.
This notice was updated October 3, 2026. It needs review when the operator, contact services or handling of information changes.
Requesting a correction or deletion
To request a correction or deletion, use the contact form and choose Help me decide. State the request in the description. Include enough detail to find the record, such as the email used and the approximate submission date.
Avoid attaching or copying sensitive personal documents into a project inquiry. Reference links lead to other websites with their own privacy policies.
